• Updates come from PlusWase: Dashboard → Updates offers new releases. Install 0.3.0 by hand once.
• Refund pushes carry refund_id, so a retried refund is recorded once.

• /plugin and /plugin/download for the plugin's update check.
• /orders/{id}/refund accepts refund_id.
• A cash on delivery order (payment_method cod) stays payment pending while it is processing; it is paid once completed.

• Orders get PlusWase order numbers from a reserved pool; T-<id> while PlusWase cannot be reached.
